This Commission has concluded an Agreement with Messrs.

Jardine, Matheson & Co., Ltd., Hong Kong, whereby the latter will

act as Receiving and Forwarding Agents for the Commission, in

respect of all material destined to the Aeronautical Commission

and shipped to Hong Kong.

Messrs. Jardine, Matheson & Company will also undertake

all negotiations with the Hong Kong Government for the issue of

Permits, etc., where such are necessary, and will also generally

assist the Commission wherever possible.

We have instructed Jardine, Matheson & Company, Ltd., to

present to you for reimbursement their statements of expenses in-

curred on each separate consignment of material and also for their

fees payable on the first day of each quarter in respect of the

said quarter.

Messrs. Jardine, Matheson & Company, Ltd., will

render their statements to you in duplicate, duly signed by one

of the Partners in their firm, and we shall be glad if immediately

on receipt of these statements you will make available to Jardine,

Matheson & Company, Ltd., in cash the amount of such statements.

For your information the remunderation payable to Jardine, Matheson & Company, Ltd., (apart from their expenses for shipment of material) is Pounds Sterling Nine Hundred (£900.0.0.) per

quarter, payable in Hong Kong currency at the Hongkong & Shanghai

Banking Corporation's offical rate for Telegraphic Transfer on

the day payment is made.

Please confirm these instructions in writing direct to

Jardine, Matheson & Company, Ltd., Hong Kong, and charge to our

account all disbursements made.
